Partner portal overview

The Partner Portal is a two-way sync with HubSpot. It gives you the possibility to understand exactly what deals your partners(or agents) are working on, when to expect the next sale, and how they perform.

Your partners are working in the portal - you keep working in HubSpot. With the pipeline sync you have a real-time overview on sales performance without having your partners inside your HubSpot portal.

Setup guide
  1. 1. Install the Partner Portal from HubSpot Marketplace
    Navigate to the HubSpot Marketplace within your portal. Search for "Partner Portal" and click the install button.
  2. 2. Connect your HubSpot account with the Partner Portal
    When installing the Partner Portal choose which HubSpot portal you want to integrate.
  3. 3. Request new portal
    The first step is to request a new portal. Simply enter the desired name for your Partner Portal. It's recommended to use your company's name.

  4. 4. Connect your pipeline

    After logging in, click on 'Open Administration'. This is where you can configure settings according to your preferences. Begin by connecting the HubSpot pipeline that you want your partners to use.

    You can also specify the pipeline stage from which you want to tally your 'closed won' deals. This information is utilized in partner-specific reports to determine the value of closed deals.

  5. 5. Set up the first partner company and associated contacts

    With your pipeline connected, you can now begin configuring your first partner. Start by adding a new company and entering the name of the partner company.

    Once you've located the company, click on 'Manage Agents'. From this interface, you can begin adding contact individuals from your partner company. These contacts will be automatically added to your HubSpot account as new properties for convenient filtering.

    You should also determine whether to designate them as 'Sales Managers'. A Sales Manager will have visibility into all deals assigned to the partner company, while a Non-Sales Manager will only be able to see deals they own.

  6. 6. Start creating deals

    Your partners are now prepared to initiate their first deals, and you can monitor everything directly from your HubSpot account.

    Share the login credentials with your partners and grant them access to their new portal.


  7. 7. Uninstall and request deletion
    If you no longer want to use our Partner Portal. Simply request a deletion and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
